Age: 23 years

Height: 186 cm

Mass: 76 kg

History of Injury: Some undefined and intermittent bilateral shoulder pain after very long training sessions.

 

Sport

Sport: Swimming

Event or Position: 400m individual medley.

Level: National.

Current season: Start of the in-season.

 

Movement Assessments

·         Performed well on basic strength tests.

·         Good balance skills.

·         Performed poorly on all agility and running mechanic drills.

·         Poor co-ordination demonstrated throughout.

 

Background

He has 4 years’ experience using free-weights and resistance machines. Struggles with running as a cardiovascular exercise. He has poor co-ordination and also struggles with any drill that requires lateral movement. He is currently free of injury.
